    Hello, 2010

    Sara Rosett Icon

The transition is complete—our family has made another move.

We are unpacking boxes and fighting a rising tide of packing paper in our new home in Florida. I keep telling myself that the mess has to get worse before it gets better.

It’s always amazing to see a home totally empty and then a few days later it looks like a tornado has swept through! We do have an internet connection, so life is more civilized now than it was a few days ago.

My 2010 to-do list already has a few things on it:
    ~Finish unpacking
~Discover Tampa: restaurants, shopping, find a church, etc.
~Finish the sixth book in the Ellie Avery series

I’m sad to say that blogging with the Good Girls won’t be part of 2010 for me. There just aren’t enough hours in the day to do everything I’d like to. I have to concentrate on essential things and, for me, that means focusing on writing books. I’ve had a wonderful time here, made some terrific friends, and will miss everyone. I’ll drop in when I can and I’ll still post updates on Facebook and Twitter.

Before I go, I have to share my new cover. If you need a little summer warmth, click here.

So, what’s on your list for 2010? Are you paring down anything in your life? Or, are you adding something new?

    Take care,
    Sara

    2. Sara, good luck with the unpacking! I know you’re an expert at it…. :D

    3. Sara,
Looking forward to reading your latest. I’ll miss reading you on GG’s!

      Tampa sounds fun.

I’m probably going to travel more in 2010 than I have for a while. Seattle in April. Nashville in July.

    4. Glad to hear that you guys like the cover. Yes, it does look like we’ll be here for a while–we can hope anyway! Sounds like a fun travel schedule, Lynn.

    5. Sara, I’ll miss you on the GG blog. The new cover is gorgeous - it’s on my “to buy” list now! I really enjoy this series.
My husband and I lived in Tampa for 7 years, so if you would like some recommendations, let me know (we still miss our fantastic church, and “our” steak place on the beach!). Hope you get settled in soon. Take care!

Hi Allison. Glad you enjoy the series and like the new cover. I’d love to hear more about what you liked in Tampa. We like it too–of course, we’ve only been here about a week!
